	AREIAC: Association of RE Inspectors, Advisers and Consultants The public area of the website has information about AREIAC, including publications, and a news and events section.
	AULRE: Association of University Lecturers in Religion and Education (UK) AULRE is concerned with all aspects of the interface of religion and education, including: links between the academic study of religion and religious education; religious education in schools; learning and teaching in theology and religious studies in colleges and universities; the professional development of teachers of religious education; religious development in faith communities; and the enhancement of public knowledge and understanding of religion and religious education.
	BBC Curriculum Bites Religious Education Information and resources to accompany the new BBC Curriculum Bites RE programmes for KS3 and KS4 - Challenging Christianity and Challenging Beliefs. The programmes look at the big issues of spirituality, religion and ethics e.g. What do you think happens when you die?; Who was Jesus and what did he really say?; Why are we here?; Does God exist?
	Bradford Interfaith Education Centre Information on services, training and support offered by the Centre. The site also includes information on multifaith Bradford and visiting local places of worship.
	Children Talking Online 'Children Talking' is a database of children and young people's responses to the big questions of existence. Fully moderated, the resource offers the option for pupils to add their own responses to the original questions.
	The Culham Institute An extensive website offering information about the Institute, including current research, conferences and support for RE teachers; many online curriculum resources; collective worship resources and TV and radio listings.
	The Farmington Institute The website includes information about The Farmington Fellowships, Farmington Fellows' Reports, and Farmington Papers.
	The GCSE RE Site The RE Revision Site is an extensive revision resource for GCSE students, and The RE Coursework Site, a collection of resources and support for GCSE RE coursework.
	ISRSA Home Page The Independent Schools' Religious Studies Association website offers information and contacts for members of the ISRSA.
	The Keswick Hall Centre for Religious Education The Centre has a dual role researching and developing RE: the web site includes information on research projects and courses.
	Living out Faith The Living out Faith website provides lessons for RE, which incorporate the experiences, cultures and histories of black communities into teaching about aspects of the Christian faith.
	Logos RE Designed to support RE in Catholic schools through the use of ICT, the aim is for the site to become a forum for teachers to share resources, and help students in their RE. It incorporates Fact Sheets and Activities & Information along with useful links to other web sources. At present the material is for KS3, GCSE and A level, with a Primary section in development.
	The National Association of SACREs NASACRE aims to assist SACREs to fulfil their duties; to represent their concerns to other bodies; to assist in the training and consultation of SACRE members; to encourage the development of SACREs; and to undertake other activities to benefit RE and collective worship. NASACRE's major role is inter-communication between local SACREs and national RE organisations. The website includes contact details for member SACREs; FAQs; details of events, projects and publications (including copies of NASACRE newsletters (PDF)).
	The National Society The site includes information, support, advice and resources (see 'Downloads') for Religious Education and collective worship, particularly in Church of England schools.
	NATRE: National Association of Teachers of Religious Education The website of the subject teacher association for RE, with news from NATRE, information about projects and courses, and a collection of useful articles (PDF files) from the journal Resource. 'Children Talking' is NATRE's database of children and young people's responses to the big questions of existence. Fully moderated, the resource offers the option for pupils to add their own responses.
	Primary Vision: Scheme of Work for Primary RE Based on the Stockport agreed syllabus this exemplar website covers the Scheme of Work for teaching RE from Reception to Year 6. An extensive resource, fully indexed by topic, theme and Key Stage, it provides detailed lesson plans and support materials.
	Religious Education and the Environment (REEP) REEP specialises in the fields of spirituality, the environment and religion, providing thought-provoking resources for teachers and learners. The REEP website has a range of resources, for primary and secondary schools, designed to stimulate imaginative and intellectual involvement in some of the environmental problems that confront modern society. REEP works with all faiths and is non-denominational.
	RE Lessons Online RE Lessons Online aims to provide culturally up-to-date, active-learning teaching resources for the Christianity sections of Key Stage 4 RE and RS. This is a subscription service, but some free sample lessons are available.
	Religion for Schools In-depth information on the six main world religions tailored to the secondary curriculum. Includes useful sections for the GCSE Short Course (Edexcel) and Philosophy and Ethics, and curriculum projects for Year 8 and Year 9.
	Religious Education Council of England and Wales The Religious Education Council of England and Wales was established in 1973 to represent the collective interests of a wide variety of professional associations and faith communities in deepening and strengthening provision for Religious Education. It provides a multi-faith forum where national organisations with an interest in supporting and promoting Religious Education in schools and colleges can share matters of common concern. The REC is currently working in partnership with the DfES and its member bodies to implement a National Strategy for Religious Education.
	RE-Net RE-Net is a resource for all people working with beginning teachers of Religious Education. It is a one-stop web portal providing access to materials relevant to tutors, mentors and student teachers. Supported by the TDA, it provides a package of support and programme of professional development activities for RE tutors new to the teacher education community.
	RE Today Services Includes the RE Today resources catalogue and shop, and information about in-service training, advisory and consultancy services offered by the RE Today professional team.
	RE-XS for Schools A specialist service covering world religions / belief systems / ethical and moral issues, with a variety of resources, extensive web links, a 'teacher’s cupboard', and an interactive section which includes message boards for pupils and teachers and a listing of RE discussions.
	rsrevision.com Resources site with KS3 RE schemes of work; a games and quizzes section; GCSE and A level Philosophy and Ethics notes; links and practice exam questions.
	RS Web - Religious Studies on the Web A useful site specially designed for A Level Religious Studies students, offering extensive links to Ethics, Philosophy and Biblical Studies resources; essay writing advice and exam tips.
	Science and Religion in Schools Project The project aims to make a major impact on the teaching of issues concerning science and religion in secondary schools to ensure that students are well informed, have a balanced view of the science and religion debate, and study both subjects with open-minded humility. Some of the world's leading experts in the field will guide teachers of Religious Education and of Science in schools, to produce excellent and effective teaching materials for both students and teachers. The project is supported by a grant from the John Templeton Foundation.
	The Shap Working Party on World Religions in Education The Shap Working Party was set up in 1969 to encourage the study and teaching of world religions. It seeks to achieve its aim by producing accurate information and resources for those involved with Religious Education and Religious Studies. A wide range of publications is available, including the Shap Journal and the Shap Calendar of Religious Festivals.
	The Stapleford Centre Information on the work of the Centre, including distance learning courses, research and resources, conferences, and an online bookshop.
	TERE - Teachers' Enterprise in Religious Education Developed from a teacher-driven curriculum project in the Archdiocese of Westminster, this site offers a wide range of resources for primary and secondary RE, especially in Catholic schools. There is a useful section on Assessment and Exemplification Material for KS3.

	Amazing Grades An online subscription resource designed to support the 14-19 curriculum, including religious studies at GCSE and A-level. It offers a dynamic database of pre-selected sites, reviewed and rated by a subject specialist for key topics, concepts and themes.
	BBC Schools - Religion Introductions to religious festivals, along with suggested classroom activities, and links to further material on the BBC web site.
	Clickteaching.com A subscription resource site for primary education which includes some material for RE.
	Curriculum Online Curriculum Online, from the DfES, is a one-stop online catalogue of digital learning resources. All resources support the curriculum taught in schools in England from Foundation to KS4. Many are free.
	ParentsCentre Provides information for parents about Religious Education, along with special downloadable leaflets for KS 1 and KS 2 on Buildings; Festivals; and Symbols.
	I*EARN: The International Education and Resource Network I*EARN "enables young people to undertake projects designed to make a meaningful contribution to the health and welfare of the planet and its people." 'Projects' include topics relevant to RE.
	Learning Alive - Living Library A subscription service covering the whole curriculum, which includes a guide to recommended educational websites, and offers some RE material.
